Here is a way to remove blank cells from an array
First table has a set of data interspersed with blank cells. Blank cells have been removed from table 2. The steps to be followed are:
- Select A1:B9
- Edit: Go To…: Special: Blanks
- Edit: Delete
- Shift cells up
